By requesting a quote, booking an appointment, or using any service from Vic's Detailing Co. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services provided
We provide professional mobile and in-shop auto detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, interior and exterior cleaning, headlight restoration, odor removal, and related vehicle appearance services. All services are performed with due care by trained technicians using professional-grade products.
3. Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on our website are "up to" estimates and are not final quotes. Actual pricing depends on vehicle condition, size, requested services, materials, and travel distance. A firm written quote is only provided after a physical inspection of the vehicle or a detailed virtual assessment.
4. Appointments and cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance and confirmed by us. We respect your time and ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a missed-appointment fee at our discretion.
5. Access to the vehicle
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the vehicle, a working water source, and electrical outlet when needed for mobile services. The vehicle should be free of hazardous materials, excessive personal belongings, and unrestrained pets during service.
6. Vehicle condition and pre-existing damage
We inspect each vehicle before beginning work and document pre-existing damage when possible. We are not responsible for pre-existing scratches, peeling clear coat, loose trim, prior repair defects, or other conditions revealed or worsened during the normal course of detailing.
7. Satisfaction guarantee
We take pride in our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 48 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concern. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the appropriate court located in Volusia County, Florida.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
